I've talked with Joseph about being part of the Dragon KOI Project, and with anything there are ebs and flows on getting the information because... well... life. We're all busy! I just had to share this today. Joseph is doing awesome things for the Pilates industry, and I'd say well beyond. If you haven't heard about Pilates Metrics, you should look into it. IT IS THE FUTURE. Remember, the Dragon KOI Project is all about inspiration. Giving inspiration and receiving inspriation in a world with unlimited potential.
